Payment terms are based on the service purchased and the agreement made between the client and Maker Media Inc.

7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are not provided unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement between the client and Maker Media Inc.
Refund and termination notice requirements are based on the service purchased and the agreement made between the client and Maker Media Inc.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Maker Media Inc. owns or retains rights to its original materials, systems, processes, creative work, drafts, concepts, templates, documents, and other intellectual property.
Clients may receive a limited, non-transferable license to use final approved deliverables for the purposes agreed between the client and Maker Media Inc.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, transfer, modify, or misuse our materials unless we provide written permission or unless the applicable client agreement allows it.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Submit false or misleading information
Interfere with website security or functionality
